Kentucky winters are hard on concrete. Salt from the road, freeze-thaw cycles, and oil drips wear the surface down fast. A quality sealer forms a barrier that keeps all of that out and adds years to your driveway. We prep, seal, and warranty our work. Call 859-655-5435.
When You Need Driveway Concrete Sealing
New concrete should be sealed after it fully cures (usually 28 days). Existing concrete should be resealed every 3–5 years depending on wear and traffic. Signs you need it: water no longer beads on the surface, the concrete looks chalky, or you're seeing early spider-web cracking.
Sealing before winter is the best value — one investment protects you through the worst of the salt and freeze cycles.
Our Driveway Concrete Sealing Process
We start with a full pressure wash to remove dirt, oil, and any old failing sealer. After the concrete is fully dry (usually 24–48 hours) we apply a penetrating or film-forming sealer — your choice depending on the look you want. Two thin coats, full coverage, cured before use.
Total project usually takes 2 days including drying time. Cars off the driveway for 24 hours after final coat.
Driveway Concrete Sealing Cost in Union, KY
Pricing for driveway concrete sealing in Union, KY depends on square footage, how dirty the surface is, access, and any extra prep like stain treatment or landscaping protection. A larger area with heavy algae or old buildup takes more time and product than a light seasonal cleaning.
We give upfront quotes before we start — no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons, no trip charge. Most jobs are quoted the same day you call. Call 859-655-5435 for a free estimate.
